Michael Ketler Graye is a theologian with a passionate interest in the Bible’s themes and message. He studies the Bible in the original languages of Hebrew and Greek, and has spent twenty-five years researching and writing Opening Brass Doors. He has a BA in Philosophy and English. He is interested in making the Bible available to students and people everywhere who do not have an opportunity to study the Bible for themselves. He is especially interested in sharing the message the Bible brings to the world. A message of life, hope, and meaning.

Marne Denny has loved reading mystery and adventure stories since she was a young girl. She wrote The Promise Of Challinor without realizing that it very much resembled her life story. In its sequel, The Wings of Challinor, she drew on many of the people in her own life to represent the characters in the story.

Marne Denny has a BFA and is married with children and grandchildren.
